Wildfire in Southtown

Wildfire is such a cool place. After a recent renovation of Intabas, the new digs are totally happenin! Killer cocktails, great food offerings - all in a super cool atmosphere and at a great value. Kudos to the Wildfirians making it happen for Corvallis to enjoy!

You must eat here! Chef Didier is the real thing, a French pastry chef or "Patissier". Every morning he bakes from the wee hours delicious fine French pastries, including Pan Chocolate, Croissants to die for, and a variety of Ganaches, Cream Puffs and more. Artistic presentation, just the right amount of sweetening, and really good coffee too. (My fav is the Almond Cream Croissant.)
